About Me


Dan was licensed as a salesperson in 1980 and a Broker in 1982. He then completed the UBC Four Year Urban Land Program, specializing in Appraisal.

As well he was very involved in his community plus industry professional Associations, becoming President of both the Fraser Valley RE Board and the BC Real Estate Association, and five years as a Director of the Canadian RE Association. He finished up on the BC Real Estate Association Standard Forms Committee participating in the development of real estate forms and contracts for the profession.

Dan brings a unique experience and expertise developed through all kinds of markets, properties and clients. He has a great network of past clients plus a reputation within the profession of being strong advocate for his clients but fair and reasonable with other REALTORS®. His clients come through his personal network, office location, MLS® plus his extensive online presence.
